The swim and the chase...

Here is the swim... we had a nice little group of 5 that broke away from the rest of the field. At the last buoy all the boys put the hammer down and I hung on as best as I could but got dropped...

I know, I am going nuts with videos lately... Trakkers hooked me up with a way to "track" my training/racing addiction... I am trying to learn it before Japan!

i love the videos - too much fun! i have to figure out how to do that! you are flying on the run - it looks like you did a little extra and the boys took a shortcut.

Hi Bree! Thanks for stopping by my blog!

These videos are so awesome! I also checked out the one that your friend Pat made...amazing! It's also a true testament to the fact that you ass off!

I loved the swim/run/paddle race--it seems so "Hawaiian inspired!"

I'll be cheering you during Japan! Go Bree!

PS: Is there any way you can do a blog posting or have a separate folder for your cool recipes. I find myself in the store reaching for "boxed" banana bread and I'd love to see that recipe you have...and for the other Kainoa chocolate treat!

Just wondering!!
PS: how do you find the energy to cook/be creatively cooking with all your training?

Yay Bree. So that's what it looks like to be up front. I always wondered. Keep up the videos. Also, can we all use Trakkers to follow you during Ironman Japan or just stick with Ironman Live?
