My song's on...

Intervals are my favorite, especially on the tready! Even better when my song is on...

In case you want to do my run and listen to my tunes here ya go! The song is from Switchfoot, called the "Awakening", and my run main set was 6/2, 5/2, 4/2, 3/2, 2/2, 1/2. That's fast/easy. My first 6 minutes starts at 6 min. mile pace and builds into 5 min. mile pace by the time you get to 1 min.

I already know, Pat is falling asleep (he can't understand how I get my legs moving when my songs are all Christian music). Hey, it works for me...

Run hard, Pray hard!

How do you not get your legs moving to that song!

Ugh, that sounds like torture...I'd need some serious prayers to make it through that!

How about Tri hard, Pray hard!

Glad you're back to the land of the living.

You go Bree! My favorite song to play as I finally see the finish line in sight is "I am free" by the "Newsboys"

I get it now. That's why you are always smiling and so positive. You are a Christian girl...

Switchfoot rocks! Christian music has come a long way...I think a lot of people would have trouble telling the difference between it and mainstream music...besides the words and the meaning behind the song of course!! :) Great run workout Bree - have a GREAT Sunday!
