See ya in 4 weeks Canada...

Home to Hawaii! Bitter sweet because I LOVE Canada and I really enjoy my time with coach, Lifesport family, the locals, and of course my team mates!

Icing will never be the same freezing in cold water with friends...

Coach on deck... oh man I will miss that! Even though I am sometimes crying under my goggles, he makes me believe in myself & makes me the best athlete I can be! Back home to the yard pool...

Meeting, chats, debriefings with coach... nothing like it! Yes, coach, I will quit my day job!

And the runs, the awesome runs that hurt so bad... I wish I could take coach home with me... NOT really. I will see him in 4 weeks, that might be 4wks too soon! Just kidding...

Ironman Canada here I come!

I'm totally calling shenanigans on that "icing" pic. I think that you were just looking for an excuse to show off those abs. Not that you haven't earned the right to...

I am glad the week plus of training has taken you up to a new level. It seems that you will need to spend more time training with the best in order to become the best. Why not invite coach and the girls to hold a winter camp or two in Kona (if they are not doing so already)? You need to be around the likes of Lisa more. Remember, iron sharpens iron. If you want to be the best, then train with the best.

Our tri team, - Raise the Hope - we are newbie tri woman - is newly into this icing stuff! Rivers around here are pretty darn cold, but it feels good when done! I live outside Seattle (ice melts from Mt. Rainier)

Again I love the Vancouver area, it is beautiful! We are headed out in the next few weeks, to a small tiny town on the washington side of Vancouver Island... gorgeous!! Can't wait to get in my long run in the scenery of the coast!

Bree! I didn't get to say goodbye. You guys must've done an early swim this morning and I went with the noon group. Hope you had a good trip back. I had a blast this week with you guys at the camp. Thanks for being so motivating when I was hurting. I'll think really hard not to make my running face. haha. I'm sure I'll see you sometime soon. Happy training and keep in touch!

You have a unique way of making the most awful workouts sound oddly pleasurable! Still not ready to quit my day job...my pain tolerance is clearly too low :-) (and I love wine too much)

Enjoy the taper for Canada!

Hey Bree!!
I loved reading about your camp adventures! The poster above is totally right, you have a way of making the rest of us jealous of not getting to train with you even during the most awful workouts =0.

Loved all the pictures.. and I think it's so cool you roomed with an Olympian, I love how you get star struck too! Just think, other people think "OMG! I just met Bree Wee" (that would be me if I ever meet you!).

You are ready to rock Canada and i'll be sending fast twitch fibers your way!
