Nice video! I, too, like life island style, nice and laid back with less emphasis on schedules. In some ways life in the south of Taiwan is similar, warm climate, friendly people, etc.

Watched the IM Louisville race yesterday afternoon -- it was my first IM. They didn't really get across how H-O-T it really was.

It was amazing to see you walking then break back into a run. That is some tough-ass-stuff!
