How To Annoy Your Neighbors...

When living on an island surrounded by water, living 1/2 mile from the local pool, and living in a condo that has it's own swimming pool in the middle of the complex, the best way to totally annoy your neighbor (the ones living under you) is to flood them...

Kainoa and I thought it would be hilarious to put one of those kiddie pools on our lanai. Seriously, how much fun would it be to have a pool RIGHT THERE? We got a pool for $6 and made a mess. (think slip n' slide).

About the time my sister came over there was less water in the pool and more on the floor. She asked if I knew where the water was going....hmmm? Looked over the balcony and there it went... like a rain storm on the family below us. Thought about inviting them to join the pool party but the pool barely fit 2 of us.

While swimming laps we discovered our pet gecko has a girl friend, in fact he has 2 girl friends. We tried to put them in our pool... bad idea...

To complete our tropical pool party on the second floor of Kalani Kai we juiced. This one you gotta try (for all of you that own juicers).

*2 pears
*1 large lemon
*1 small chunk of fresh ginger

Happy laps! AND the most fun part of our pool, it instantly turns into an ice bath with a LARGE block of ice... for 6 bucks you can't help but have fun!

A kiddie pool is my ice bath tub. Out in my back yard in the warm sun (when it's around).

Oh hey, I drafted off you Sunday in the race. Well it only lasted for about 5 strokes at the start then you were gone but it gives me some bragging rights ... take care.

The joys of communal living. As long as it is all in fun!!! Who can get upset with anyone in a kiddie pool.

So fun Bree! I love it and you can't do one lap in that pool which is good. It was made for fun (well, and ice baths, which I think is like a crime in Hawaii) only! Love the pictures..they warm me!!

I LOVE it! I bought one for the lil guy in the summer and I was questioned whether it was for me or him? Let's just say we both had fun!

Thanks Bree. I am pretty stoked on it. I was weary about 2:55, didn't think I had any shot at sub 2:50, and 2:45 never even crossed my mind. Only bad part is it makes my next goal that much harder ;)

That Gecko's such a pimp! Be careful or he'll start bringing home alligators soon! Then the neighbors will REALLY be pissed. Seriously, you seem to have so much fun all the time. What am I doing with my life?!?!

Whoo hoo!

I have all the juicy pears, lemons, and ginger root in my kitchen right now. I am going to give that a shot today.

Strange how your geckos look different from Texas geckos. Your Hawaii guys have fatter tails.

He should on the cover of something!
