Tide Pools...

The best recovery after a few smashing weeks of training is a trip to the tide pools... the search for hermit crabs, fish, sea shells, and other little creatures with a two year old is totally rejuvenating! After watching waves crash into the rocks and checking out every single crevice we were "almost" recovered...

I'm nearly convinced all it takes is a sand pail and shovel to fix some fatigue...

I love reading your blog when you post about the fun you have with Kainoa... as much fun as Moana is now at 3 months, I'm excited for the day when we can go to the beach together and she can discover the wonders of the tide pools! :)

Your post is spot on!

I feel refreshed myself thinking of rock pooling and sand castles.

Today i have the office window open, the first signs of spring sunshine and warmth, with an ever so slight breeze.

Perfect. Thanks!

Ah - I feel a certain calmness when I look at those pics. How wonderful was that??? One of my fav things to watch kids do is discover and explore and it looks like both of you had a great day doing that.

Bree -

Kids can provide the best recovery period! It's amazing what the little things in life can do for the human body.

Glad to see your training is going very well.
