I am so envious (as usual.) I love free-diving and 30 ft is impressive.

Oh, leave the haircuts to the professionals.

I love the video, nice change of pace, although I do enjoy your witty writing. So awesome your training environment.

If I haven't made it clear before....let me do it now...I hate you; no one should have that much fun in one day.

I made the haircut mistake..thank goodness he's 3 and knew no better.

recovery balls are a hit in my home; still making them.

I love this video....Tad is going to watch it here in a few minutes......since Monroe has been showing up from, what, 6 mos. back his fitness and form is coming around and why wouldn't it; look at all these fun, gorgeous same aged gals round!! You are all nice; and today's video embodies this.......thank you for I know why, on Monday, at Masters, I am swimming slowly on top; you know, like a s-w-i-m-m-e-r...and Monroe is directly underneath me the whole length of the pool; all I could wonder is, "what do I do........" narrow as trained by the Master of that danged black line:-) Love You, Jennifer (Naughty) the music........

Nice video skillz.... and diving too.

I cut my own hair and the only way it works is if you go one length, SHORT, and clippers. Army style. If a non-professional tries to work a style in there it only ends badly.

Wow! I want to have fun like that and cool training partners to share it with. The only thing that could have made that day better is if a burrito was involved.

That is CRAZY!! I could NEVER freedive that deep!! Holy cats!

Oh, and gotta love those mile repeats!! I felt good about doing 4 now and then, until I saw a training program that called for 6-10. What? What!?!?...
