Packing....

26 days (2 of them in the air)...
If I was Eileen I would have packed 65 shirts, 75 shorts, 4 shoes, 18 sports bras, 91 under wears, a thong (she has too... long story...), and probably 9 dresses. Something like that. She is packing for me (everyone needs a friend like that)

This is what I packed- One Kainoa Wee

Oh, and a whole bunch of dehydrated kiwi's, apples, and bananas! (can't forget them!)

Today is going much better. The idea of leaving Kainoa is just insane! Next trip he is coming! Jim won't like that... but it will be a fun mother/son trip! I am so thankful for all the support, prayers, and awesome cheer up emails! You guys totally rock! 1 more day till blast off! I will be sure to post some photos and updates...

Cheers!
Wee

quick warning...put the food stuff in your check-thru suitcase. i've tried to carry food on the plane before and had it confiscated, maybe it was too close to a liquid or something but i was super annoyed. not sure what they would think to find a little boy in your check-on bag! Have fun..get even faster~!

have a great trip and make the most of it! what a tough decision....i know that it is going to be really hard for you(especially you!!!) and your family- but chasing dreams is never easy!

that being said, if at any point it doesn't feel "right", i know that your family will welcome you home at anytime :). i just wanted to say that since nobody had mentioned that- and give you "permission" to return if you felt you needed to - just take it one day at a time and see how it goes.... it is definately going to be a journey!

Ummm, Kainoa is so darn cute. Lelia saw him in the suitcase and has invited him here to VT for a three week playdate. She was feeling very "generous" because she said he could even play with her dollies and My Little Ponies. If he's smart, though, he'll fly on over the Wlad household where Kerrie will make candy sushi for him and send him home with a few pairs of knit-to-order pants! He could teach Wolfgang how to surf...
We will all be cheering you and Eileen (and her outfits) on from here.

hummmmm deydrated fruit. I'm coming over there and you can detox me for a week or 2..or 3 and set me on the straight and narrow. I wonder how long I'd last without a Diet Coke? I got the low down on the juicer thing and where to get it. It's on the list for the weekend to do list. Bree Bread and a juicer..you are INFLUENCING me and that's hard to do! Good on ya!I had a patient yesterday from Australia and I showed her where you are going. "BEAUTIFUL PLACE" she said!
Safe trip and take goofy fun pix.
